1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.20 inches, holds over the eastern
Great Lakes through the middle of the week, which will continue
to support dry weather and light winds. A second high pressure
system will then drop in from the central Canadian provinces,
centering over eastern Ontario by the end of the week.
