The National Weather Service in BLACKSBURG has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Greenbrier County in southeastern West Virginia...

* Until 1245 PM EST.

* At 1138 AM EST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 miles east of Clay to near Babcock State Park,
  moving east at 70 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

  Rainelle...
  Rupert...
  Quinwood...
  Renick...
  Neola...
  Falling Spring...
  and Beartown State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare immediately for damaging winds. For your safety, move to an
interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Stay away
from windows.

This is a DANGEROUS SITUATION. These storms are producing widespread
wind damage across southeast West Virginia. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside
a sturdy structure and stay away from windows! When it is safe to do
