...EXPECT A RAINY COMMUTE THIS MORNING...

Periods of moderate rain will continue this morning from the
mountains of southwest Virginia and southeast West Virginia, east
to the Piedmont of Virginia. Those traveling to work or school
should be prepared for instances of moderate to heavy rain which
will lead to ponding of water on roads, increasing the chance of
hydroplaning. The rain should taper off toward mid morning.
