            with the remnants of Hurricane Helene
            throughout the county, but mainly
            concentrated near US 158 east and Route 86
            South. Most reports began after 5 PM Friday,
            but continued through the evening. Three
            funnel clouds were also reported.

            Hurricane Helene began around 12 PM through
            about 9 PM. Downed trees and powerlines were
            scattered throughout the county, but many
            reports were in the northern half of the
            county.

            associated with the remnants of Helene,
            mostly after 11 AM. Many of the reports were
            in the Natural Bridge and Glasgow area, the
            central and southern parts of the county,
            but other reports were scattered throughout
            the county.

            Hundreds of trees down across Mercer County
            due to high winds associated with Helene.
            Reports started around 6 AM Friday morning
            an continued throughout the day before
            slowing around 7 PM. There was one indirect
            injury when a man broke his leg while
            cutting a tree after the winds subsided.
