            Total of 4 to 6 inches occurred within the
            headwaters of Big Macks Creek. 3 to 5 inches
            of rain fell in 1.5 hrs. Max Creek Road was
            closed with 2 of the 7 bridges leading into
            Camp Powhatan sustaining damage. Estimated
            water depth, 9 feet higher than base flow.
            Debris washed onto some of the bridges.
            Powhatan Lake level rose 3-4 feet.
