This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central North Carolina,
northwest North Carolina, south central Virginia, southwest
Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

There is a slight risk, or a level 2 out of 4 risk, for excessive
rainfall through tonight and potential for flooding. There is a
Marginal Risk, or a Level 1 out of 5, for severe thunderstorms for
the rest of this evening. The main impact from any of the stronger
thunderstorms will be damaging winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Strong to severe thunderstorms, capable of producing flooding and
isolated wind damage, will be possible Sunday and Monday, especially
during the afternoon and evening.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Weather spotters are requested to report hail of any size, as well
as any damage caused by thunderstorm winds in their area.
