.DISCUSSION...

Above normal spring-like temperatures are expected this week and
little or no rain is forecast until this weekend. This will provide
opportunities for burning operations...but pay special
attention to forecast minimum humidity and wind direction.

Thursday will be sunny and warmer with winds becoming
northeast and the humidity bottoming out near 33 percent.
