.DISCUSSION...
Very light showers will pass across the incident this morning, but
low confidence they will produce wetting rainfall. Otherwise, cloudy
and cool to start the day, but breaks in cloud cover will develop
during the afternoon, making for partly to mostly cloudy skies.
Minimum relative humidity will remain above 70 percent, and winds
are forecasted to remain less than 10 mph, with direction possibly
driven by local terrain. The next chance for wetting rainfall will
be late Monday night into early Tuesday, and possibly again on
Tuesday afternoon and evening, as thunderstorms develop ahead of an
approaching cold front. These storms will have the potential of
producing damaging wind gusts and heavy rainfall.
