The Flood Advisory will expire at 1230 AM EDT early this morning for
portions of south central and west central Virginia, including the
following areas and independent city, in south central Virginia,
Bedford. In west central Virginia, City of Roanoke, Franklin and
Roanoke.

The heavy rain has ended. Please continue to heed remaining road
closures.
