including the following areas, Alleghany NC, Ashe, Surry, Watauga
and Wilkes and Virginia, including the following areas, Bedford,
Carroll, Floyd, Franklin, Grayson, Henry, Montgomery, Patrick,
Pulaski and Roanoke.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
