including the following areas, Alleghany NC, Ashe, Stokes, Surry,
Watauga, Wilkes and Yadkin, southwest Virginia, including the
following areas, Bland, Carroll, Floyd, Giles, Grayson, Montgomery,
Patrick, Pulaski, Smyth, Tazewell and Wythe, and southeast West
Virginia, including the following area, Mercer.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
