Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and persist through this evening. Rain rates of 2 to 4 inches an hour are expected. If these storms sit over an area for even a short amount of time, poor drainage flooding may occur.
