including the following areas, Alleghany VA and Bath and southeast
West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Greenbrier,
Mercer, Monroe, Summers and Western Greenbrier.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Additional
statements will be issued as conditions warrant.
