...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST THURSDAY...
...WINTER STORM WARNING EXPIRES AT 11 AM EST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Total ice accumulations around
  three tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely be slick and hazardous. Travel could be nearly impossible.
  The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and
  Wednesday morning commutes. Significant ice accumulation on power
  lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power
  outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
