...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 10 AM EST
THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations around a
  light glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and
  northern and western West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.
  The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brief period of freezing rain is expected
  prior to switching over to all rain. Areas typically subject to
  cold air drainage are expected to experience the longest duration
  of freezing rain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
