  Northeastern Gallia County in southeastern Ohio...
  Northwestern Mason County in western West Virginia...

* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 622 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles southwest of Rutland, moving southeast at 20
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Point Pleasant and Gallipolis around 625 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Cheshire and Henderson.
