  Barboursville, or near Proctorville, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Huntington, Nitro, Winfield, Hamlin, Proctorville, St. Albans,
  Hurricane, Barboursville, Milton, Eleanor, Poca, Ona, Culloden,
  Tornado, Teays Valley, Alum Creek, Bancroft, Athalia, Sod, and Salt
