* At 408 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northeast
  of West Union, or 15 miles southeast of Middlebourne, moving
  northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
