...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN WASHINGTON...
SOUTHEASTERN MORGAN AND NORTH CENTRAL WOOD COUNTIES THROUGH 800 PM
EDT...

At 730 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Beverly, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Marietta, Beverly, Vienna, Williamstown, Boaz, Lowell, Stockport,
Lower Salem, Waverly, Fleming, Bartlett, and Devola.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 182 and 186.
 Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 1 and 15.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
