Locally heavy rain to the tune of 1 to 1.5 inches has fallen this
afternoon, potentially resulting in some localized high water over
the next hour or so in the typical low-lying trouble areas given the
recent wet weather. Do not drive your vehicle into areas where water
covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your
car to cross safely.
