...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN CARTER COUNTY
THROUGH 515 PM EDT...
At 437 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Triplett, or 11 miles north of Morehead, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Globe and Soldier.
This includes Interstate 64 in Kentucky between mile markers 149 and
154.
