This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Kentucky, southeast
Ohio, southwest Virginia, and portions of central, northern,
southeast, southern and western West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Isolated instances of high water could occur this afternoon and
evening given any slow-moving showers or thunderstorms occurring in
locations that were impacted by heavy rain over the past couple of days.
