This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Kentucky, portions of southeast Ohio and northern West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Another soaking rain is expected beginning tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A soaking rain continues Thursday, and then even another soaking
rain is expected this weekend. While the best chance for flooding
depends upon where the heaviest rainfall sets up, the area will be
susceptible to flooding given saturated soils, and somewhat elevated
river levels.
