After a quiet morning, the potential for showers and thunderstorms
returns starting as early as mid afternoon for southeast Ohio and
our Kentucky counties. This activity increases further for Friday
and the weekend, as a front approaches and then wavers over the
region. Strong storms are possible during the afternoon and evening
hours today and Friday. The main hazard is damaging wind gusts.
