Heavy rain and localized flash flooding will remain possible this
morning across northern West Virginia and southeast Ohio. Additional
heavy downpours and isolated strong thunderstorms could bring more
flooding and gusty winds late this afternoon and tonight.
Temperatures will turn much cooler starting Tuesday and Wednesday
with lingering rain showers. Drier and pleasant weather is expected
to return by the end of the week.
