.DISCUSSION...
A weak upper level disturbance will trigger scattered showers and
thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.
A cold front approaches late tonight, and then crosses the area
Thursday and Thursday night, with showers and thunderstorms.
Thunderstorms can become strong Thursday afternoon anywhere east of
where the front is.
Weak high pressure should bring a dry interlude Friday, with morning
clouds giving way to warm afternoon sunshine.
A reinforcing cold front then brings another good chance for
showers, and perhaps thunderstorms, on Saturday. A large high
pressure system building in behind that front will then bring
another stretch of dry, cool weather to finish the weekend, and
begin the next work week.
