* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding continues across portions of the area from heavy
  rainfall on Tuesday. Several roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 932 PM EDT, flooding from heavy rainfall on Tuesday continues
    across portions of the area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Athens, Nelsonville, Albany, Coolville, Lake Hope State Park,
    Chauncey, Buchtel, Jacksonville, Trimble, The Plains and Stroud
    Run State Park.
