* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Central Gallia County in southeastern Ohio...
  Southeastern Jackson County in southeastern Ohio...
  Northwestern Mason County in western West Virginia...

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 557 PM EDT, emergency management reported reported widespread
    flooding due to heavy rainfall from earlier thunderstorms.
    Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Rio Grande, Henderson, Vinton,
    Cheshire, Adamsville, Gage, and Centerpoint.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
