The Flood Warning will expire at 245 PM EDT this afternoon for
portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties,
Boyd and Greenup and southeast Ohio, including the following county,
Lawrence.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
