AND SOUTHWESTERN LAWRENCE COUNTIES HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLOOD
WARNING...

The risk for life-threatening flash flooding has ended, however
areas of standing water will remain through the morning. There is
significant standing water on Diederich Blvd in Russell, KY. There
are also reports of water rescues in Ironton, OH. Please continue to
heed any road closures and do not attempt to drive through flooded
roads.
