...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northeast Kentucky,
including the following counties, Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lawrence,
southeast Ohio, including the following county, Lawrence OH,
southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Buchanan and
Dickenson, and West Virginia, including the following counties,
Boone, Cabell, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell, Mingo, Northwest
Fayette, Northwest Raleigh, Putnam, Southeast Fayette, Southeast
Raleigh, Wayne and Wyoming.

With the heaviest of the rain over, flood warnings are no longer in
effect, and flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please
continue to heed any remaining road closures.
