  expected in wind prone areas, especially around the Casper Outer
  Loop.

* WHERE...Green Mountains and Rattlesnake Range and Natrona County
  Lower Elevations.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM MST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
  vehicles. Motorists should be aware of sudden and strong
  crosswinds.
