.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions with above normal temperatures are again expected
today. Wind will generally be out of the south through the morning
and early afternoon before switching to out of the west between 1500
and 1700. Westerly wind gusts of 15 to 20 mph are expected during
this time. Humidity should remain higher than yesterday, falling
into the 20 to 30 percent range this afternoon. Winds subside after
sunset. Similar conditions are expected on Wednesday before an
approaching system brings increasing wind Thursday.
