.DISCUSSION...

Winds will be a bit variable to start the day, with speeds 8 to 10
mph. Winds prevail from the west to northwest starting about 1100L.
Wind speeds will be 10 to 15 mph through the afternoon, with gusts
to around 20 mph. These winds continue into the night. High
temperatures today will be similar to yesterday, as well as RH
values.

There is about a 20 to 25 percent chance of a shower or thunderstorm
from about 0800 to 1600L. These potential storms would then move off
the higher terrain to the southeast. Rain amounts, if any, are
expected to remain under 0.10 inches (chance of wetting rain is
about 10 percent). Gusty winds would be the main hazard with any
storm, with gusts to around 40 mph possible.
