will steadily increase after 0900, turning more northwesterly with
gusts of 20 to 25 mph after 1300. A dry cold front will move over
the site through the evening hours between 2000 and midnight.
Winds will decrease through this time, becoming light (10 mph or
less) after 2200. RH recovery will be fair to poor again tonight.
