.DISCUSSION...

Clear skies this morning with light winds. Clouds will increase
through the afternoon as virga showers/thunderstorms develop
toward the southern end of Flaming Gorge and the Unita Mountains.
Strong outflow winds will be possible onsite from this convection
between 1400 and 2000. Winds will decrease around sunset,
eventually turning to the east-northeast and increasing 15-20 mph, as
a cold front moves over the area around 2400/0000. These winds
will become easterly toward sunrise Monday morning and decrease
through the rest of the morning. Skies will be clear with dry
conditions Monday.

...Thunderstorms imply strong gusty and erratic winds...
