.DISCUSSION...
The day will start off mostly sunny and dry. A feed of monsoonal
moisture will still be over the area and bring another chance of
showers and thunderstorms after 1200 and before 2300. The highest
chance of a shower or thunderstorm will be between 1300 to 1800.
There is around a 20 percent chance of a wetting rain, but the
most numerous storms will probably be the east of the burn site.
Wind should remain light for the most part except around any
shower or thunderstorm where wind gusts over 40 mph will be
possible. Smoke dispersal will remain poor through the morning
before becoming fair after 1200 with a 20 percent chance of
good mixing after 1400. Most showers and storms should end by
midnight, but there is a 10 percent chance of one lingering
until around 0300 Friday. Deeper moisture may shift toward the
fire site on Friday, with a greater than 50 percent chance of
a shower or thunderstorm.
