.DISCUSSION...
Dry and quiet conditions are expected over the area today. Skies
are expected to be mostly clear with clouds developing by the
evening. Winds will be light from the west-southwest during the
morning with speeds of 5 to 10 mph. Winds increase by the
afternoon becoming more westerly with speeds of 10 to 15 mph and
periodic gusts of 15 to 25 mph. Winds decrease during the evening
becoming light and variable overnight. RH values today will range
from 20 to 30% across the area. A very isolated shower cannot be
ruled out along ridgetops during the afternoon/evening however,
the likelihood of shower development is low (<10%).
