.DISCUSSION...
Winds remain gusty from the west-southwest through the rest of
the morning. Gusts 40 to 50+ mph will be common through 1300L.
Winds will gradually turn towards the northwest through the
afternoon, with speeds decreasing. Around 1700L, winds will
be less than 15 mph, and turn northerly ahead of a cold front.
The cold front will move through between 2000L and 2200L, with
winds gusting 20 to 30 mph from the north-northeast for several
hours during the overnight. Winds will remain northeasterly
10 to 20 mph through midday on Wednesday.
Behind the frontal passage, snow chances increase, with a 30 to
50 percent chance of snow showers after 0200L Wednesday morning.
Snow showers are expected to continue through 0700L to 0900L
Wednesday morning with around 2 inches of snow accumulations
expected.
Towards sunset Wednesday evening, winds turn back to the south-
west around 10 to 15 mph with gusts 30 to 35 mph possible through
much of the night and into Thursday morning.
