.DISCUSSION...
Overcast skies will be in place by sunrise this morning, with a
period of partly cloudy skies between 1000 and 1700. Winds will
start southeast, turning southwesterly by 1100/1200 and increasing
gusts of 20 to 25 mph. Gusts of 30 to 35 mph will be in place after
1300, quickly decreasing to 15 to 20 mph by 1900. Winds will then
increase again after 0000 from the south-southwest with gusts up to
30 mph. Light rain showers will also be possible between 0100 and
0600, with low confidence in a wetting rain. Winds turn to the west-
southwest, with gusts of 30 to 35 mph after 0900 Tuesday. Showers
and thunderstorms will be possible by this time as well, moving over
the site through the rest of the day. A cold front will move over
the site late in the afternoon, marked by a wind shift to the
northwest. Precipitation will end by 1900, with westerly wind gusts
of 25 to 30 mph continuing through the rest of the night.
