.DISCUSSION...

Low clouds and light rain will slowly decrease this afternoon.
Temperatures remain around 30. Winds will be gusty from the west
through tonight, with gusts around 25 mph expected. This will
keep wind chill temperatures in the upper teens. Gusty winds will
bring good mixing for a few hours this afternoon.

Another weak weather system moves through tonight and Friday,
bringing another round of low clouds and light snow. Accumulations
will remain under one inch, mainly before noon. Winds will be from
the west at the sfc, with a few gusts 20 to 25 mph during the
afternoon. Winds aloft will be from the north, pushing smoke
southward.
