.DISCUSSION...
Midlevel clouds will continue to move through today, and will be
clearing out by 1200. Winds will be light and terrain-influenced
through 1000, before general winds pick up from the west. Gusts
will reach 25 to 30 mph again this afternoon. Humidity levels only
recovered to 35 percent overnight, and will remain fairly steady
through the day. Mixing heights will be slightly lower than
yesterday, but will still provide excellent smoke dispersal.
Skies remain nearly clear on Friday. Winds will be slightly lower
during the afternoon, only reaching around 20 mph. Humidity levels
will lower to around 25 percent through the day. Lower mixing
heights and winds will provide very good smoke dispersal.
