.DISCUSSION...
Skies remain partly cloudy today, mainly just high cirrus through
the afternoon. No precipitation is expected. Winds will remain
light from the southwest through 1200, with some increasing gusts
10 to 15 mph in the afternoon. Modest winds and low mixing heights
will bring poor to fair smoke dispersal. Humidity levels will
decrease to around 25 percent.
Winds will decrease overnight, remaining light from the west
under 5 mph. High cirrus continues through the night, with no
precipitation expected.
Winds remain light from the west Monday morning, before turning
more form the northwest and increasing to around 10 mph, with
occasional gusts around 15 mph. Higher mixing heights along with
modest northwest winds will lead to very good smoke dispersal
during the afternoon. Slightly cooler temperatures will keep
lowest humidity levels around 30 percent in the afternoon.
