.DISCUSSION...

Light downslope/downvalley winds overnight become southerly around
8 mph by about 0800L. Winds increase starting about 1000L, with
speeds around 10 mph through Tuesday afternoon and gusts 15 to 20 mph.
Winds shift to be from the west around 1500L. Increased moisture brings
a 25% chance for a shower or thunderstorm between 1200 and 1700L. The
warming trend is still expected through the rest of the week, with
little chance for rain.

                    and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
