.DISCUSSION...

Expect light west to northwest winds through 1100L with occasional
breezes around 10 mph. Around 1100L, west to northwest winds begin to
increase with sustained winds 12 to 15 mph and gusts up to 25 mph.
Anticipate these winds through the afternoon, before diminishing between
1900L and 2000L and becoming a light north wind overnight. Scattered showers
and thunderstorms are possible at the site location from 1300L until 1900L
today. Any showers or thunderstorms will be capable of gusty outflows of
40 to 60 mph, frequent lightning, and heavy rainfall. Isolated light rain
showers are possible overnight through about 0100L.
