.DISCUSSION...
Today will be another warm and mainly dry day. A weak weather system
will move trough the area and may bring a shower or thunderstorm,
mainly between 1200 and 1800. The chance is only 1 out of 6. However,
little rain is expected with any shower or storm. Any shower or storm
could have wind gusts past 40 mph. Relative humidity and temperatures
will be similar to yesterdays values. A southwest breeze will develop
after 1100 with gusts to 18 mph possible. Mixing and smoke dispersal
will be become excellent after morning inversions break between 0900
and 1100. The next decent chance of a wetting rain looks to be on
Wednesday.
