Expect clear skies and light winds through the rest of the
morning. Clouds and winds will increase after 1200, with a 20-30%
chance for a virga shower/dry thunderstorm between 1400 and 1900.
Outflow wind gusts up to 55 mph will be possible from an shower or
storm. Wind gusts up to 25 mph will occur between 1400 and 1900
outside of any shower or storm. This, combined with RH values near
15%, will lead to Red Flag conditions. Skies will be partly cloudy
through the night tonight. Similar conditions return Tuesday, but
showers or thunderstorms are not expected.
