.DISCUSSION...

A weather system will continue to produce snow through around 0900,
with decreasing chances following that as the system moves away
to the south and east. Temperatures will average close to yesterday
with relative humidity remaining very high. Wind will be southeast
through the lower levels of the atmosphere. Clouds will stick around
most of the morning and keep smoke dispersal poor. Some breaks in
the clouds may raise smoke dispersal to fair after 1300.

Quieter weather returns on Wednesday with temperatures about 10 to
15 degrees warmer. Although an afternoon shower can`t be ruled out,
the chance is less than 15 percent. A warming trend will continue
into the weekend.
