the dispatch area for low humidity, gusty west-southwest winds, dry
fuels, and thunderstorm potential. Widespread gusty winds of 25 mph
or greater for low elevations and high elevation gusts of 35 mph or
greater through around 2000L. Scattered thunderstorms are possible
across all zones through 2000L and 2100L. With thunderstorms, expect
frequent lightning and 40 mph gusts. There is a very low chance of
wetting rain. Overnight humidity recovery ranges from poor to fair
across high elevations and fair to good recovery in valleys. Near
critical fire weather conditions again on Thursday across all zones
with the threat of thunderstorms, gusty winds, low humidity, and dry
