.DISCUSSION...

...Yellowstone NP and Teton dispatch areas (includes fire weather
zones 140...414...415...and 416)...

Cooler but near seasonable temperatures across the dispatch area.
Showers and thunderstorms will be widespread today with much of the
area having a 20-40% chance of wetting rains. Winds continue to be
mainly light from the west/southwest. However, storms will be
capable of producing strong gusty outflow winds of 40 to 50 mph
throughout the day today. Another concern will be frequent lightning
strikes associated with any storms that develop. Precipitation will
linger into the late evening and early morning hours before
dissipating by sunrise.

...Cody dispatch area (includes fire weather zones 275...276...
282...283...285...286...287...288...and 289)...

Cooler but near seasonable temperatures across the dispatch area.
Showers and thunderstorms will be widespread today with northern and
central zones having the best chances. Chances for wetting rains
across these areas will range from 20 to 40% with lesser chances
elsewhere. Winds continue to be mainly light from the
west/southwest. However, storms will be capable of producing strong
gusty outflow winds of 40 to 50 mph throughout the day today.
Another concern will be frequent lightning strikes associated with
any storms that develop. Precipitation will linger into the late
evening and early morning hours before dissipating by sunrise.

...Casper dispatch area (includes fire weather zones 277...278...
279...280...281...285...289...and 300)...
