thunderstorm could have wind gusts past 40 mph. Otherwise,
wind should remain light to moderate. Relative humidity will fall
below 15 percent for much of the area, and elevated fire weather
is likely for much of the area. Mixing and smoke dispersal will
be generally excellent in the afternoon.
