Snow accumulations between 1 to 2 feet above 7,000 feet with 2 to 6 inches below 7,000 feet. Ridge winds gusting as high as 95 mph. * WHERE...Greater Lake Tahoe Area, and Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 10 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
